By now you've probably noticed those SNOCAP "MyStore" modules that have been popping up on MySpace band sites since December, offering a portal for direct purchase of a band's content. Get ready to see hell of a lot more of them soon, and spread all over the 'net - CD Baby, currently home to over 130,000 independent music-makers plying their wares, has just announced a deal with MySpace and SNOCAP that would allow artists with CD Baby accounts to sell music directly via the "MyStore" digital storefront. "MyStore" can be implemented anywhere that hosts html code (webpages, blogs, forums, etc.), so let's hope that our favorite artists take pity on us and withhold sending the damn things through e-mail. My inbox is overloaded as it is with dozens of love letters from really cute girls.
