Cat Power wins long overdue prize

And by long overdue I don't mean that Chan Marshall is just now receiving accolades for her great music. I mean that she was awarded the latest incarnation of the oddly-resuscitated Shortlist Prize. For The Greatest. Which came out almost a year and a half ago at this point. Way to be timely, Shortlist peeps.
