Owen Ashworth, the mastermind behind Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, has announced plans for an extensive U.S. tour this spring. The film school drop-out turned raw, synth pop composer will be hitting the road in March for an extensive tour that includes a run of dates with Xiu Xiu and Shearwater.
