As you may have heard, Dipset head honcho Cam'''ron announced his return from self-imposed exile today. Public Enemy #1, a free double-CD mixtape, is coming November 7, in anticipation of a proper album release on an as yet unnamed label. Which is great and all (Seriously. I love this guy.) But Cam can'''t do anything these days without being just a little bit weird about it. To wit, the full announcement, via MTV.com:

"Killa Season again, you little yentas," Cam said in an e-mail to MTV News, referencing his 2006 album. "November 7th. Cam'ron is anonymous. Dipset!"

My mother would have further insight, but as far as I know, yenta is a yiddish term for an old chattering, meddling, grandmother type. Which makes sense in context; just some playful ''"My Prerogative''" '''tude from a dude people love to talk about even''nay, especially''when he'''s not doing anything of note. And it doubly makes sense considering Cam'''s scatter-brain, weirdo-in-the-back-of-the-class-room-eating-his-own-boogers-turned-archetypal-flashy-rap-star vibe.
