Busta Rhymes To Give Hip-Hop ‘Chemo’ In 2010

He’s not quite begging for attention like Nas did with Hip Hop Is Dead. But Busta Rhymes declared in an interview with Billboard.com that hip-hop, and music in general, needs his help. Because, well, to him, the industry is dying. So what better way to sound like a savior than name your album The Chemo. Set to drop in the first quarter of 2010, Busta said his ninth record will “kill the cancer in music.” Yeah, alright. It’s a little tough to believe since his last effort, Back on My B.S., was actual bullshit and not a return to form. He just better not come with anything as abysmal and borderline offensive as “Arab Money.”
