Bun B discusses passing of Pimp C

A day after the UGK Grammy nomination and two days after the death of Chad Butler, a.k.a. Pimp C, HoustonSoReal posted an impressive interview with Bun B, covering everything from Pimp C to UGK's place in rap history. In terms of Chad Butler's passing, Bun B is still struggling to comprehend the loss: "I've likened it to trying to hold onto a bowling ball with silk gloves on, it's the only way I can explain the process of how I'm trying to wrap my head around this." B goes on to discuss his experience in the simultaneous locality and universal appeal of UGK as a group, and how UGK has contributed to rap as a whole. He also drops music-related facts that might surprise you; Pimp C was a Radiohead and Portishead fan, and the guitarist from the Meters played on Dirty Money.
