Bruce Springsteen has been named as the "other man" in another New Jersey lawsuit. Arthur Kelley accuses the Boss and his wife Ann of "committing adultery at various times and places too numerous to mention." Springsteen has responded to the allegations, saying that he sticks by the message he posted on his website in 2006 when he was accussed in another case. Springsteen added he and wife Patty Scialfa "continue to have a strong relationship" and that their marriage was the best eighteen years of his life. With all of this marital strife occurring, it's easy to miss the silver lining, which is increased publicity for Springsteen's first wife, Julianne Phillips. As music fans contemplate the Boss's supposed transgressions, his ill-fated first marriage will no doubt come to mind. Phillips, who last appeared on NBC's Sisters, could use a little bounce. Even when denying allegations, Springsteen is able to help the downtrodden in the United States. [NME]
