Another day, another set of four songs from a great band over at Daytrotter. This time it's L.A.'s own The Broken West putting in a signature Session. They play four songs from their Merge debut from earlier this year, I Can't Go On, I'll Go On: "Down in the Valley," "Shiftee," "So it Goes," and "Hale Sunrise." Band leader Ross Flournoy also gives some interesting insights into the evolution of the songs and the album as a whole.
