Breeders Kim and Kelley Deal will perform December 4 in Chicago as part of the charity show, ''"The Second City That Never Sleeps: Letters to Santa.''" The sixth annual benefit event thet provides presents for needy children and families in the Chicago area is 24 hours of improvisation performed by members of Second City. Other special guests who are scheduled to appear are Jeff Tweedy, Will Oldham, Steve Albini, Robbie Fulks and Sally Timms and Jon Langford. The Breeders are currently working on their follow-up to 2002'''s Title TK with Albini.
