Brandon Flowers Preparing Solo Debut, 'Flamingo'
The Stormin' Mormon known singularly as Brandon Flowers of The Killers is apparently going solo, announcing via this web site right over here that he is preparing his solo debut, Flamingo, for imminent release. What will it sound like? Who knows, but bet on a mix between Duran Duran at their most okay, and Bruce Springsteen at his absolute worst (basically probably just like the Killers). [via Stereogum]

First of all, the killers do NOT sound like Bruce Springsteen at his worst. They sound like bruce springsteen if he didnt mumble all his words. They are a good band, douchebag. lets not bash brandon flowers for writing great music
