Hot on the heels of his VH1 Unplugged album finally getting released, Virgin Records has announced that it is reissuing David Bowie's Space Oddity and Station to Station albums. Space Oddity, celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, is due on Nov. 3, and features many of the tracks in alternate mix versions, and will be available on CD or 180 gram vinyl.

Station to Station, the precursor to Bowie's Berlin trilogy, is due out sometime in early 2010, and will be celebrating its 34th anniversary. Seems like as good a time as any, I suppose. That one will feature an official version of the much-bootlegged Bowie show at Nassau Coliseum that was recorded on March 23, 1976.
