Bob Mould to pen autobiography with the help of Michael Azerrad

Bob Mould, the frontman for landmark eighties punkers Husker Du and landmark nineties rockers Sugar, announced plans to write his memoir with the help of rock writer Michael Azerrad. Azerrad is no stranger to Mould's life story, as he wrote a chapter on Husker Du in his impressive chronology of eighties underground rock, Our Band Could Be Your Life. Mould's autobiography will cover his work with Husker Du and Sugar, as well as his solo career and his experiences dealing with his sexuality. The book promises to have enough unexpected stories in it to keep even the most studied of Mould scholars interested (such as his stint working for World Championship Wrestling). Little, Brown and Company have set the book for a fall of '10 release, so keep your reading schedules open. [Pitchfork]
