Bob Geldof Named Keynote Speaker Of SXSW 2011
This year's SXSW is almost upon us, folks (two months, y'all!) and in addition to the lineup of showcasing bands rounding out nicely, the keynote speaker slot has been filled: Bob Geldof, he of Boomtown Rats, Band Aid, "Do They Know It's Christmas," Peaches, and other things fame is going to be showcasing at SXSW and also the keynote speaker. Geldof's speech happens on March 17, St. Patrick's Day, and SXSW Music's second day.
