B.o.B. Changes Stage Name to Bobby Ray (Video)

Things move a lot faster in the modern world--even rapper's musical stylings. B.o.B. has been all over the place for the last year, garnishing hype for his brand of hip-hop, but it seems he's already grown sick of that. B.o.B. (real name Bobby Ray Simmons) has announced he'll no longer go by that name, and will instead use Bobby Ray as a stage name after briefly considering quitting music over business frustrations. Along with the name change comes a new musical direction, as Bobby Ray promises that he's all about live instrumentation and guitars now. The MTV interview is above. [via NahRight]
