Blur bassist ready to beg for reunion

Blur's bassist Alex James has revealed to the BBC that's he's been in contact with Graham Coxon about possibly reviving the seminal British band's original lineup. James concedes it won't be easy though: "I've been talking to Graham a bit and hopefully I can persuade him. I'm going to have to beg him, though."
Coxon has stated on many occasions that he has no desire to rejoin the group now or at any point in the future, so you have to figure it's going to take some Grade-A groveling to get him back in the fold. This, of course, begs the question: how little self-respect does James have? Have some dignity man!
