The incarcerated hubby of Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil, has filed divorce papers from behind bars. Fielder-Civil, who is rumored to be the cause of Winehouse's drug-induced downward spiral, ordered his mother Georgette to contact his attorney and get the divorce ball rolling. The grounds, according to Blake, are based upon adultery - as Amy Winehouse has openly admitted to having at least one affair.
