I still haven't had the chance to see Black Milk in concert. But every live video I have watched has made me nothing short of absurdly jealous, especially now that he's touring with a band. Once he started bringing in musicians for Tronic, Black Milk began playing live with drummer Daru Jones, who's a monster, and keyboardist AB. Then, after recording last year's Album of the Year, the Detroit native filled out his band with bassist Malik Hunter. Together, they have been touring the globe for the past year or so. Black Milk speaks on all of this in the above interview as part of the Smoking Section's the Backbeat.
