Blues duo The Black Keys is gearing up for a busy Spring. April 1 will see the release of the band's new album, Attack & Release, via Nonesuch. The record, the first the band has put down in a proper recording studio, was helmed by eclectic producer Danger Mouse. The Black Keys and Danger Mouse were reportedly working together with Ike Turner shortly before Turner's passing, and guitar hero Marc Ribot and Tom Waits affiliate Ralph Carney also contributed to the creation of Attack & Release. After hitting South by Southwest, The Black Keys will put in a lengthy tour of North America.
