Your mom's favorite rap group of all time, Black Eyed Peas, are being accused of stealing their music from other people yet again, this time being sued twice in court over songs from The E.N.D. The first suit is brought by Bryan Pringle (!), who alleges will.i.am stole "I Gotta Feeling" from a demo he sent Interscope, UMG and EMI over the years. There's no recording of Pringle's song--called "Take a Dive"--but he says it's substantially similar. The other suit is by Phoenix Phenom, who brought her song "Boom Dynamite" to everyone's attention last January, claiming "Boom Boom Pow" rips it off. Whether or not either artist has a case is debatable, but the Peas are known to settle out of court, so maybe that's the goal. [Exclaim]
