Bjork 'Biophilia' Will Have iPad Apps

It's that time again, ladies and gents: Bjork is gearing up for the release of another album, and she's getting all unconventional with its release. The album is called Biophilia, Bjork begins previewing it on June 30 in Manchester, England, and it's due out sometime this year. 

But the big news surrounding the release is that it will be out as a series of iPad Apps as well, as each of the album's 10 tracks will get a song-centric iPad app that will play off the song's themes/titles. For instance, the song called "Virus" will be a game where you have to prevent a virus from killing cells, but to hear the whole song, you actually have to lose the game. 

The album will also get a series of music videos, including at least one directed by Michel Gondry. We'll have more details when a release date is announced. [P4k]
