Billie Joe Armstrong And Fam Are The Boo
Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has a new band. He, wife Adrienne and sons Jakob and Joe will make up a new quartet called The Boo. Adrienne Tweeted the news Dec. 17, writing "The family band ?" followed by a picture of The Boo's first seven-inch. Armstrong's son Joe previously played drums for California pop-punk band Emily's Army, and given the family's musical history, it's probably safe to say that The Boo will churn out similarly fun, fuzzed-out rock.
