Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who fell second to Newt Gingrich in the recent South Carolina primary, is a millionaire. During a debate last December, the former Massachusetts governor offered Rick Perry a $10,000 bet, which was negatively noted by media all over. This past Friday, Jan. 20, talk show host and social critic Bill Maher compared Romney's financial carelessness to rappers that flaunt their wealth.
