Big Sean and one of his buddies were arrested this past August on charges of sexual assault that allegedly occurred during at the Detroit rapper's show in Buffalo, N.Y. Since then, everyone involved with the incident has been relatively quiet, which is typically what occurs in sexual assault cases. But it appears that Big Sean has stuck a deal and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge, unlawful imprisonment. Rap Radar reports that he will have to pay a $750 fine. You can read a statement from the rapper's lawyer, Scott Leemon, below:
I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagra County District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson. As a result in order to get this entire ordeal behind him Mr. Anderson agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful imprisonment with a $750 fine. Mr. Anderson regrets any misunderstandings that occurred that day and reiterates he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct.
