It was really only a couple years ago when Wavves was releasing records on microscopic tape-only labels and Bethany Cosentino was clocking time in L.A.’s perennially underappreciated Pochahaunted. Things change quickly don’t they? Stereogum points to a Guitar Center advertisement soundtracked by the duo’s “Got Something For You,” which is strange, because it was originally licensed for Target.
