Benni Hemm Hemm: a band name that sounds like you're coughing while speaking to someone named Benjamin. And a lot of the band's song names also seem like guttural excretions. Could be because Benni Hemm Hemm hails from Iceland. The name of the sprawling orchestral outfit actually comes from the moniker of its leader, Benedikt Hermann Hermannsson. Hermannsson and his musical cohorts will release their sophomore album Kajak in the U.S. next week via Morr Music. Check out the track "Snjorjliossnjor" (guess how to pronounce it in the forums!) below. In July, the band hits the states to tour. Follow on after the jump for the details.
