Video: Ben Gibbard and friends performing Postal Service songs
There are various different clips of Death Cab's Ben Gibbard performing songs from his side project the Postal Service floating around YouTube. On this one the visuals are pretty bad throughout, what with the focus going in and out. (Warning: DO NOT watch this drunk. Serious ralphage could ensue.) But the audio is better than on other footage. Gibbard starts performing "Nothing Better" and is quickly joined by Rilo Kiley's Jenny Lewis (who you'll remember sang this female part on the Postal Service album). After that song, there's an indie rock star-chocked finale of "Such Great Heights" with Lewis, Gibbard's Postal Service partner Jimmy Tamborello, Johnathon Rice, and David Bazan.
