September and October will bring a flurry of activity from boy wonder Zach Condon and the rest of his Beirut band. Beirut has a string of North American tour dates that start in late September. And October 9 is the slated release date for the band's second full-length. It was recorded in the studios of a Hawk and Hacksaw and Arcade Fire, and features help from Owen Pallett. To be released, as with Gulag Orkestar, on Ba Da Bing!, the sophomore set doesn't have a name yet. The songs do, though.
