Beastie Boys will headline a benefit concert for The Institute for Music and Neurologic Function on March 4 at Terminal 5 in New York. Special guests will be announced shortly, and the show will be hosted by Moby, a board member with the institute.
The Bronx-based Institute for Music and Neurologic Function is a nonprofit founded on the idea that music has unique powers to heal, rehabilitate, and inspire such that music therapy can restore and improve physical, emotional and neurological health. The institute is dedicated to advancing scientific inquiry on music and the brain.
