Beanie Sigel Announces New Album Two Months Before Going To Jail
All press is good press, which is probably why rapper Beanie Sigel has chosen to announce his new album This Time a mere day after he was sentenced to two years in jail for tax evasion. He isn't so great at filing tax returns, but he may prove to possess a talent for capitalizing on negative attention and channeling it toward record sales. This Time drops on August 28 through Ruffhouse Records, and first single "The Reunion" is out next week. [Rap Radar]
