Beach House Signs to Sub Pop

Coastal dream-pop duo Beach House has released their first two records, Beach House and Devotion, on Baltimore's Carpark Records, but the duo has signed to Seattle's indie powerhouse Sub Pop for their third release.

Beach House's forthcoming record is still untitled, but it was recorded with producer and engineer Chris Coady (TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, !!!, Blonde Redhead, Telepathe) at Dreamland Studios in Woodstock, New York. The title's expected to see release in early 2010.
