Beach Boys' Al Jardine Wants Fleet Foxes on His New Album

In a recent interview, Al Jardine of The Beach Boys revealed that he reached out to Fleet Foxes in hopes that they could add harmony on a song or two from his upcoming solo album, A Postcard from California.

"They’re awesome. They kind of have The Beach Boys vibe, too - very beautiful harmonies," Jardine told Rolling Stone. 

There's no word on if the collaboration will for sure happen, but Jardine's album will definitely feature a collaboration with Brian Wilson and, uh, Uncle Jesse John Stamos. Apparently Al forgot what happened the last time Stamos and him got together: Weird shots of Stamos lying in bed. [Contact]
