With headliners Kanye West and Smashing Pumpkins, the third annual Bang! Music Festival in Miami seemed like a promising party. Then it just up and disappeared. News comes today that the fest has been "postponed," with no details as to whether it might take place at a time other than the originally scheduled dates of November 10 and 11. With the festival's organizers promising full ticket refunds, that possibility doesn't seem likely. Oh well. Like this whole series of posts is all about, aren't there already enough big music festivals in the U.S.?
