Bad Brains to play nation's capital on Election Night

Apparently no longer "banned in D.C.," the original lineup of Bad Brains will play the 9:30 club in Washington D.C. on Election Night, Nov. 4. It's the first time playing in D.C. as "Bad Brains" in a long time (remember Soul Brains?). As we previously reported, Bad Brains have set up a few other shows. They'll open for N.E.R.D tonight at the House of Blues in Chicago. They'll headline Irving Plaza in New York on Nov. 6, and take part in the Fun, Fun, Fun fest in Austin on Nov. 9.

I've lived in the D.C. area since I was 13 and have been a huge fan of Bad Brains since then. And I have never seen the actually play in D.C. This will be a big night in history for me Obama winning and Bad Brains!
