Axl Rose Claims Guns N' Roses Was 'Sabotaged'
Never mind the countless show cancellations over the years, the 15-year album delays or the fact that he's the only original member left in Guns N' Roses. According to Axl Rose, it was all his former manager Irving Azoff's fault that the band was "sabotaged" and is countersuing him for $5 million minimum.
According to TMZ, Rose is accusing Azoff of among other things forcing him to tour with the original members of G N' R, and (gasp!) more egregiously, bringing up old baggage by using Rose's childhood name when he filed the initial lawsuit for commissions. Azoff replied to Rose's accusations with this statement: ""On advice of counsel I cannot respond at this time, but will discuss in my upcoming book, 'My Life with William Bill Bailey." Your move, Axl.
