Avey Tare Reveals Tour Dates

We were somewhat surprised to see a new music video from Avey Tare last week, if only because his latest album, Down There, dropped nearly one year ago. But it turns out that the Animal Collective member had a good reason to put out the "Oliver Twist" visuals: he has a tour coming up in a few months. It'll take him to choice spots on the East and West coasts while he'll play a few Midwest gigs, too. No word yet on whether or not he'll be sporting those fly kicks he created with Keep.
