The festival All Tomorrow's Parties has restructured following their declaration of insolvency. ATP has voluntarily liquidated ATP Concerts Limited in order to set up a parent company called Willwal, which will house three new divisions: ATP Festivals, ATP Recordings, and ATP Shows.
Also, the ATP I'll Be Your Mirror Festival scheduled to take part in Asbury Park, New Jersey has been moved to Manhattan's Pier 36. This is due to "unavoidable logistical concerns," but fans will be able to request a full refund if needed. The newly-moved fest will still take place September 21-23, as previously scheduled.
Due to the move, Louis C.K., Sharon Van Etten, Factory Floor, and Reigning Sound have all dropped off the bill, but the festival--curated by Greg Dulli of the Afghan Whigs--has added a number of notable artists, including Philip Glass and Tyondai Braxton, Lightning Bolt, Lee Ranaldo, and more. They join the Roots, the Antlers, Thee Oh Sees, Dirty Three, and others, and for a full lineup, head to the festival's website. [Daily Swarm/P4K]
