ATP Japan Postponed Due To Poor Ticket Sales

Sad news reaches us today, with the announcement that ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror festival in Tokyo has been postponed. Poor ticket sales have caused ATP to shift the event from its April 14-15 slot until later in the year, although no new date has been revealed just yet.

A statement on the ATP website reads:

“We understand this will come as a shock and we sincerely apologise that we were not able to inform you before now – ticket sales in comparison to last year’s event are very slow and unfortunately some artists we were attempting to book were not able to commit to the event to make it the success we and Creativeman feel it should be. At this stage it will not be financially possible to run the event.”

Any ticket holders will be able to transfer their tickets to the new dates when they are announced, and ATP can be contacted ( with any questions. The festival was set to be curated by Jim O’Rourke, with performances from Factory Floor, Codeine, Tony Conrad and a number of other artists all confirmed.
