Arctic Monkeys Plot Tour With Smith Westerns

No matter how loud or quiet they get, the Arctic Monkeys have always recorded music crafted for live shows or, at least, booze-fueled parties. How else are you supposed to properly enjoy their guitar-driven rock? Sitting down with headphones on? C’mon. These are the guys who told you to put on your dancing shoes on their 2006 debut, Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not. And even if they have matured since then, the Sheffield, England natives can still stir up your inner dancer on their latest album, Suck It And See. I would imagine they will be playing a majority of that record on their upcoming tour, which starts next month and reconvenes in September through October.
