Apple is facing a class action lawsuit over an unlikely beef with one of their customers: Robert Herskowitz is suing Apple over an iTunes purchase he made in 2010, where he was double-billed for purchasing Adam Lambert’s “Whataya Want From Me.” Herskowitz said he didn’t buy the song twice–because why would he?–and he contacted Apple’s customer service who told him they don’t refund any purchase on iTunes. When Herskowitz realized he wouldn’t be refunded, he went ahead with the suit. Basically, anyone who was double-charged for anything can join up the lawsuit. Read more at DigitalSpy.
