Reminder: Prefix's 2011 SXSW Parties

Hey guys, it's my pleasure to announce Prefix's plans for this year's SXSW. Instead of just chumming around downtown Austin with everyone else, we're throwing a couple different events.

PREFIX DAY PARTY - Thursday, March 17

ND at 501 Studios - 501 I-35 (5th and Brushy)

First off we have our FREE day party. It's at ND at 501 Studios on Thursday, March 17, and features Das Racist, Oh Land, Baths, Jeff the Brotherhood, Bass Drum of Death, Gobble Gobble, Austra and Asobi Seksu.

Also, FREE tacos and beers to the first 100 people to arrive!

This is our official SXSW  Prefix Party, which we're splitting with the fine folks at Audible Treats. It's at Nuvola on Friday night, March 18, and features Moe Green, DaVinci, Roach Gigz, Poirer, J*DaVeY, Headless Horseman, Acrylics and DJ Eleven.

We are the media sponsor of the official Kanine Records showcase, which goes down on Wednesday, March 15, at Palm Door. It features performances from Kanine artists Surfer Blood, Braids, Xray Eyeballs and Pepper Rabbit.
