Angels of Light back in studio

Former Swan frontman Michael Gira has entered the studio to begin work on his next Angels of Light album. Gira--and the usual random collection of friends and colleagues that make up the group--have been splitting their time between Seizure Palace Studio and Trout Recording in Brooklyn recording the album, tentatively titled We Are Him. On board for the sessions thus far, are Bill Rieflin (Swans, Ministry, R.E.M.) Julia Kent (Antony And
The Johnsons) and Christopher Hahn among others. The album is tentatively scheduled for an April, 2007 release. We'll update you with further details as they become available.
