Andre 3000 Not Playing Jimi Hendrix, Biopic Dead

After years of speculation, and recent reports that the film was in preproduction, it appears that the Jimi Hendrix biopic starring Andre 3000 is finally dead, as Hendrix's estate has refused to license the music to any biopic, citing concerns over how Hendrix will be portrayed in the film. Hendrix's estate is currently overseeing a documentary about the legendary guitarist, and are only interested in films starring "Jimi Hendrix himself."
