Something called "the NBA Playoffs" is happening right now, and it apparently pits a group of people from Boston who are not Irish (except for Paul Pierce) against a geographic feature from L.A. that does not exist in L.A. One of those geographic features, Kobe Bryant, is featured prominently in a new Nike ad that is appearing during the NBA finals, and in the ad, Andre 3000 covers a Beatles song. The song, "All Together Now," is from Yellow Submarine, and it is pretty good (this is a shocking revelation, that some Beatles songs are pretty good). Watch the ad above. Nice work, Kobe.
I like the ad, even if there is way too much Kobe.
Anyone else notice how Andre kind of sounds like Devendra Banhart?
man, andre is a hero of mine, but woking with nike! come on man! that's like his vegan ass hustling for mcdonalds! stop slavery! stop sweatshops! live strong, boycott nike!
