Remember when we reported that the dress Amy Winehouse wore on the Back to Black cover was expected to fetch like $30,000 at auction? Well, whoever predicted that amount was off. Way off. The dress apparently went for £43,200, or just about $67,000, according to NME. The winner of the auction was a Chilean fashion museum, Museo de la Modam, which means that it will at least be preserved for the future. The dress was donated by its designer, Disaya Sorakraikitikul, and all the money raised will directly benefit the Amy Winehouse Foundation. The late sing'er's posthumous album, Lioness: Hidden Treasures, drops Dec. 6.
