Amy Winehouse Promises New Album In "Six Months"
The last we heard from Amy Winehouse it seemed as though she was about to team up with ?uestlove from the Roots, if they could overcome some niggling visa issues. Now, the singer has been talking up the chances of her new album getting a release, causing tabloid infatuated readers to remember that she was actually a musician once.
"The album will be six months at the most," she said to the Metro newspaper. "It's going to be very much the same as my second album, where there's a lot of jukebox stuff and songs that are… just jukebox, really. I just can't wait to have some new songs on stage, really."
Aside from saying “really” a lot, and making those unclear “jukebox” comments, this doesn’t offer us a great deal of information on the record. Back to Black producer Mark Ronson is heavily rumored to be involved, although whether this will feature any of the music Winehouse famously recorded in Jamaica and Miami remains open to speculation.

Eh, I don't want more of the same from her. I'd rather see her branch out and work with Questo and, from what I read, Raphael Saadiq.
I think that whatever Amy does will be great! She is such a musical genious. @ Andrew I agree totally. She should try a new sound, however the tone she created on her Back to Black album I feel is signature Amy.
