It’s a sad state of affairs when news of an artist being hospitalized feels like a good thing, but at this point, any time Amy Winehouse spends under a doctor’s supervision is positive. After being visited by her physician last week, some additional tests were warranted due to an existing respiratory condition that may or may not have had earlier this summer. There doesn’t seem to be any long-term stay attached to this one and Winehouse is probably already home by now, but for the few of us who are still genuinely rooting for her instead of waiting for the next train wreck, it’s good to know she’s possibly getting better.
