Amy Winehouse Hospitalized After Reaction to Medication

Barely a day goes by without some kind of story involving Amy Winehouse, and today (Nov. 16) comes the news that she has been hospitalized. She spent a night at an institution called the London Clinic last night after allegedly suffering from a reaction to two different types of medication.

Apparently both the drugs she was taking were legit, as Winehouse claims her days of substance abuse are long behind her. Naturally, British tabloid the Mirror has their usual unnamed source on hand for a quote: "Amy took over-the-counter stuff for a cold but it didn't agree with medication she takes for her ongoing recovery," they said.

The singer is likely becoming well acquainted with the hospital system--she is also reported to be going under the surgeon’s knife for a nose job soon. “Amy does nothing by halves,” said another source. “Now she's beaten drugs, plastic surgery must not become her next obsession. Since changing her boobs Amy has been scrutinizing her body."
