All Grown Up Baby From Biggie's Ready To Die Found Living In Bronx, Sans Afro

You can call off your amateur search party, after nearly 17 years of sleuthing: The baby from the cover of Notorious BIG's Ready to Die has finally been found. Keithroy Yearwood, now 18 and living in his native Bronx, was a model as a kid whose mom struggled to get him cast because of his (now iconic) afro. According to Yearwood, who gave an interview to the New York Daily News, he didn’t give the photo -- for which he and his mom were paid just $150 -- much thought until he was about 8:

"When I first found out about it, it wasn't a big deal to me," said Yearwood, who hopes to be a basketball star and study sports management in college. "Now, of course, it's a big deal to me."

Per the newspaper, doubts about whether or not Yearwood is who he says he is were erased after his mother produced photo proof, along with papers from the child modeling agency that sent him on the call. You can check out a picture of the now fully grown Yearwood at the Daily News site, here.
