Akon, stealing a page out of T.I.'s playbook, dropped by Chelsea Lately to subject himself to the annoying voice and "funny" questions from host Chelsea Handler. He touches on the fact that his prison sentence may have been exaggerated (he says he's spent a total of three years in different sentences), living next to Ryan Seacrest's mom, and spanks Handler at her request.
