I was just thinking yesterday about how lush and beautiful Air's Moon Safari is, and it made me want to go dig the album out of my stacks. Now I and all the other Air fans out there can look forward to a whole lot more of Moon Safari, as the landmark album will get a deluxe reissue later this year (March for Europe, April for the U.S.) to commemorate its tenth anniversary. The re-release will include the original album, a collection of remixes including Beck's infamous "West Coast booty-slap" reworking of "Sexy Boy," a DVD of a Mike Mills-helmed documentary on Air's first tour and some music videos, and other Mills-illustrated extras.
